No need to eat just a pickle spear when you can deep fry it in this superb mixture of sauces and flavors. Enjoy this appetizer at any time.

32 oz. of Nalley® dill pickle spears
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
5-6 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cups plus 1 tablespoon flour (divided)
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil to deep fry pickle spears

In bowl, mix egg with milk, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and 1 tablespoon flour. Add salt and pepper. In another bowl season remaining 2 cups flour with salt and pepper. In deep-fryer or deep skillet, heat oil (about 3 inches deep) to 375° or medium-hot. Dip pickles first into flour mixture, then into egg mixture, then again into flour mixture. Fry coated pickles in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags and serve.
