Liven up your brat.  You will wonder how you ever ate a brat any other way.

4 each  Bratwurst, fresh
3 cups  Beer
3 Tbs    Nalley® Hot Dog Relish
3 Tbs    Spicy Brown Mustard
4 each   Brat Buns


In a 3-quart saucepan, simmer brats in beer for 15 minutes.  In a small bowl, combine Nalley® Hot Dog Relish and mustard; set aside.  Remove brats from liquid; drain.

On a medium-hot grill, cook brats for 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside.  Place brats in brat buns; top with German relish.
