Classic black and bleu sliders turned super with Nalley relish and pickle slices, making a delicious complement of flavors.

1 lbs. ground round or ground sirloin
1/4 cup Nalley® dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
8 each small dinner rolls
16 Nalley® dill pickles, sliced
8 bleu cheese slices or crumbled

Mix ground sirloin with dill relish, red onion, Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning. Shape into 3-inch patties. Grill until desired doneness. Serve topped with Bleu cheese and 2 sliced pickles.

Makes 8 sliders.

Chef’s Note: Using a leaner cut of beef is preferred.
