Seafood enthusiasts need to try this crabmeat sandwich, which features delicious Nalley relish.

3 pounds crabmeat
1 ¼ quarts finely chopped celery
1 ½ cups Nalley® pickle relish, drained
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt to taste
30 slices buttered toast

Flake crabmeat, removing all cartilage. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spread approximately 2 ounces crabmeat mix on each slice of toast.
