Hot and Sour Shrimp Salad

This unique combination of ingredients creates the perfect salad for seafood lovers.

1 head Lettuce, Butter or Boston (1 head is more than needed for recipe)
3 ounces Shrimp, small salad shrimp, fully cooked, rinsed
1 1/2 Tbs Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish
3 dashes Hot sauce, Sriracha preferred
1 Tbs Cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 1/2 Tbs Roasted peanuts, salted

Separate leaves of lettuce and rinse in cold water; pat dry.

In a large bowl, mix together shrimp, Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish, hot sauce, cilantro and roasted peanuts.

Place 2 tablespoons of shrimp mixture in each lettuce leaf.


*Larger shrimp can be used.  Cut into quarters or small pieces.
*Substitute tortilla chips or scoops for lettuce if desired.
