A great dinner idea, Spicy Burgers rolls up all the finest ingredients in the beef to spice up your meal!

1 lb. ground beef chuck
1/4 cup drained Nalley® sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup crumbled potato chips
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 frankfurter rolls, toasted and buttered
4 teaspoon prepared mustard

Combine beef, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into 4 five inch square patties; spread with mustard. Sprinkle with pickle relish and potato chips. Roll up jelly-roll fashion and seal edges. Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat or cook on outdoor grill 8 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness. Arrange on rolls.
