Give your tuna burger an extra crunch with Nalley sweet pickles along with a creamy mushroom sauce. A perfect combination for a perfect burger!

5 ½ lbs. canned tuna flakes, drained
1 quart chopped celery
16 oz. Nalley® sweet pickles, chopped and drained
3 to 4 cups mayonnaise
1 ½ cups softened butter or margarine
50 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
50 hamburger buns

Combine tuna, celery, pickles, salt and mayonnaise. Spread bun tops and bottoms with butter or margarine. Spread bun bottoms with tuna mixture, using a #16 portion scoop per sandwich. Refrigerate sandwiches until needed. Make mushroom sauce by combining soup with water, heating. At serving time place bun tops and bottoms under broiler until all are thoroughly heated. Serve mushroom sauce over tuna mix, or separately in sauce boat.

Makes 50 sandwiches.
