Salmondilly Sandwich is an elegant sandwich and tastes like no other before. Try this fresh, new salmon sandwich now and experience it yourself!

3 lbs. red salmon, flaked
32 oz. Nalley® dill pickles, cross cut
1 lb. onions, sliced
25 slices dark rye bread
¼ lb. butter, softened
12 hard-cooked eggs
2 quarts Thousand Island dressing

Clean and flake salmon; drain pickles and reserve juice. Slice onions; pour dill pickle juice over onions and marinate for one hour. Spread rye bread with butter.
Arrange 3 or 4 marinated onion slices on bread. Place 1/4 cup flaked salmon over onions. Cover salmon with hard-cooked egg slices. Arrange 4 or 5 dill pickle slices on top of egg slices. Ladle 2 1/2 ounces Thousand Island dressing over sandwich; garnish with chopped pickles.
