Nalley Pickles

Pickle Glazed Ham Balls takes the best of ham balls and makes them better with the sweet pickle flavor. Serve on an appetizer tray or make it the main dish and enjoy today!

12 lbs. ham, ground
6 pound fresh pork, ground
2 quarts soft bread crumbs
24 eggs, beaten
1½ quarts milk
1½ cups onion, chopped
3 quarts crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups brown sugar
3 cups chopped Nalley® sweet pickles
2/3 cup Nalley® sweet pickle juice
2 cups mustard

Thoroughly blend ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Form meat mixture into balls, using #24 scoop, place in shallow baking pans. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over ham balls. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, basting occasionally with glaze from pan.

Makes 25 servings.
