Nalley Pickles

Pickle Frankfurter Bake uses all the essentials, including Nalley Pickles, in this bake perfect for dinner.

2 quarts cooked and drained elbow macaroni
½ cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
3 quarts tomato juice
4 pounds frankfurters cut in quarters
2 cups Nalley® sweet pickles
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish

Melt butter/margarine, add onions and celery, cook 5 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and remaining ingredients, mix well. Turn into greased utility pans.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with coleslaw and additional sweet pickles as desired.
