Improve dinner with Pickle Baked Trout and enjoy the delicious new taste of your trout.

2 packages (12 oz. each) frozen trout, thawed
¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup chopped Nalley® sweet pickles

Arrange trout in greased baking dish. Melt butter over low heat, add celery and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over trout. Bake at 350° 20 to 25 minutes, until fish is tender.
