Try this one-course meal and enjoy the crunch of the sweet relish hidden in this Liverpool Loaf. Great idea for a family dinner.

6 lbs. ground beef chuck
3 cups fine dry bread crumbs
1 ½ cups Nalley® sweet pickle relish, drained
1 quart milk
6 eggs
1/12 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
12 bacon slices

Combine beef, pickle relish, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, onions, salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into individual or multi-serving loaves. Arrange on racks in shallow utility pans. Top with bacon. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until done (approximately 40 minutes). Serve whole or sliced with sweet pickle relish on side.

Makes 25 servings.
