Fish Fillets in Dill Sauce

Enjoy this fish dinner as the dill flavor highlights the best of tastes.

2 lbs. fish fillets
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
¼ cup chopped Nalley® dill pickles
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1/3 cup soft bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Cut fillets into serving pieces. Arrange in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper, paprika, lemon juice and onion. In a sauce pan, melt butter, blend in flour, gradually add milk and cook over low heat until thickened. Stir constantly. Add pickles and egg. Pour sauce over fish in baking dish and top with crumbs. Bake in oven at 350° about 30 minutes until fish easily flakes with fork.
