Dilled Haddock Steaks

Bread your haddock steaks with the delicious dill flavor of pickles and enjoy this delicious meal.

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
1 can chopped mushrooms (3 oz.)
½ cup chopped Nalley® dill pickles
salt and pepper
4 haddock steaks 1-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon bread crumbs

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add onion and celery and sauté until tender. Remove from heat, stir in mushrooms and pickle. Season mixture to taste with salt and pepper; spoon evenly over top of haddock steaks. Sprinkle topping with bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven 45 to 50 minutes or until fish flakes. Garnish fish with watercress and lemon slices, if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
