Salmon Provencale

Try this recipe and taste all of the enhanced flavor sensations.

1 cup Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup Ripe olives, chopped
4 (6 oz.) each Salmon fillets
4 tsp Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, combine Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish, Italian bread crumbs and chopped olives.  Spread each salmon fillet with Dijon mustard.  Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
