Bring the sophistication of a restaurant meal to your home with this great dinner idea!

4 (4 oz.) each Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
To Taste Salt and pepper
2/3 cup Nalley® Sweet Relish
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 cup Bread crumbs, plain dry
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

3 Tbs Nalley® Sweet Relish
1 Tbs Olive oil

Heat oven to 400°F.  Place a wire rack on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.

With a meat mallet lightly pound the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap until 1/2" thick.  Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine 2/3 cup Nalley® Sweet Relish and 1/4 cup olive oil.  In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.  Dredge chicken breasts in the relish mixture.  Coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing in crumbs to adhere.

Transfer chicken to prepared pan.  Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Serve immediately with relish topping.

Combine 3 tablespoons Nalley® Sweet Relish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
