Take the classic meat loaf recipe and spice it up with Nalley sweet pickle relish and chili sauce. Zesty Pickle Meat Loaf is great for dinner with the family.

1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 ½ cup chopped onion
½ cup Nalley® sweet pickle relish
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
¼ cup water
2 eggs, separated
¼ cup chili sauce

Combine beef, salt, horseradish, onion, pickle relish, bread crumbs, water and egg yolks; mix thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes

Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into chili sauce. Remove meat loaf from oven and top with chili sauce mixture. Continue baking 10 to 15 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
