Nalley Pickles

Down East Dip is a great appetizing dip served hot to bring out the flavors of the clams, cheese and pickles. Makes a great appetizer when having company and is served with vegetables or crackers.

4 cups minced clams
½ cup minced onions
4 ounces butter or margarine
2 pounds diced process cheese
1 ½ cups chopped Nalley® sweet or dill pickles
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Drain clams, reserving ½ cup liquid. Cook onions in butter until tender. Add clams, reserved liquid and all remaining ingredients. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot in chafing dish with veggies or crackers.
