Description
Add some heat to a turkey burger by including Nalley jalapenos that are sure to spice it up. Rio Grande Turkey Burger is great for a cookout!

Ingredients
1 pkg. ground turkey (20 oz.)
1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
3 tablespoons yellow onion, diced
2 tablespoons Nalley® jalapeño pepper, diced
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
5 hamburger buns
5 slices sharp cheddar cheese
5 lettuce leaves
5 tomato slices
5 tablespoons Nalley® dill relish

Directions
Mix ground turkey with bread crumbs, onion, jalapeño pepper, ketchup, fresh cilantro and mustard. Shape into five patties. Grill until no longer pink and center reaches 165°F. Serve on toasted bun with sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and dill relish.

Makes 5 servings.
