Description
Hot dog or brat too simple for you? Nalley Pickles is used in this one-of-a-kind slaw to change that.

Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons mustard, stone ground
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
6 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup Nalley® dill relish
6 each hot dogs or bratwurst
6 each hot dog or bratwurst buns
12 Nalley® Bread & Butter Chips

Directions
To make the coleslaw, in a medium saucepan combine the vegetable oil, sugar, cider vinegar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion and relish and then add the dressing, stir to coat. Refrigerate covered, for at least 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled. Grill hot dogs or bratwurst. Serve topped with coleslaw. Garnish with 2 sliced pickles.

Makes 6 servings.
