Description
Don't sacrifice taste when looking for a healthy dinner idea.  Try this flavorful recipe.

Ingredients
4 each Tilapia fillets
2 tsp Greek seasoning
1/2 cup Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish
1/2 cup Tomato, fresh, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.  Prepare a 9" x 13" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Sprinkle both sides of tilapia with Greek seasoning.  In a small bowl, combine Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish and chopped tomato.  Top each fillet with relish mixture.

Bake fish for 10-12 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.  Garnish with Feta cheese.

MAKES 4 SERVINGS
