Description
Combine your favorite Nalley pickles with a variety of seafood and vegetables to create this one-of-a-kind kebab. This sweet appetizer is glazed in French dressing and is good with any meal or get together.

Ingredients
24 Nalley® dill pickles
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. breaded haddock, 1 inch pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes
whole small onions, cooked
2 cups Nalley® pickle relish, well drained
1 quart low calorie French dressing

Directions
Cut pickles into 1 inch pieces. Thread ingredients on skewers, using four pieces of fish, four pieces of pickle, two tomatoes and two onions. Combine pickle relish and low-calorie French dressing. Brush each kebab with one tablespoon of French dressing and pickle mixture. Broil over charcoal or under broiler six to eight minutes.
