Description
Perfect for all gatherings, creating versatile appetizers to appeal to any audience.

Ingredients
1 Tbs Greek yogurt, plain
1 Tbs Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish
2 slices (1 oz) Smoked salmon, sliced thin
1 each Tomato
6 each Cracker or pita chips

Directions
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise and Nalley® Chunky Dill Relish; mix thoroughly.

Cut each slice of salmon into thirds.

Core tomatoes, cut in half and slice into thin half moons.

Place 1 slice of tomato and 1 piece of salmon on top of cracker or pita chip.  Top with 1/2 teaspoon of relish mixture.

MAKES 6 SERVINGS

CHEF'S NOTE
Substitutes for smoked salmon:
*Canned smoked oysters
*Canned smoked salmon
*Smoked trout or other fish
Substitute grilled pita cut into triangles for crackers if desired.
